First, we plan on making two separate nutrition plans for two different athletes. One soccer player and one football player. By next Monday, I plan on at least finishing the football players plan. For example, the football player with consist of bulking food and the exercises will be for shorter bursts and quickness. Soccer player will be endurance. Me and my partner Austin Crosson will than hand out the plans to the athletes so they can gain some knowledge. We than plan to put it all together for one sheet that kids can follow and possible help them start healthier lives.
