For this project, we will make a healthy diet and program for a middle school basketball team to follow.
THE PLAN:
First, we will make a nutrition plan. This nutrition will fit the daily lives of these kids and help them be the healthiest that they can be playing their sport. Next, we will develop a fitness schedule to keep them in shape.. This is a list of healthy foods that kids should eat not only during sports, but in their regular lives as well.. we want kids to be healthy and not become obese later in life or present day. For example, chicken is high in protein and low in fat. a useful site would be super kids nutrition
